RETURN POLICY FOR HSM PRODUCTS

Upon receipt of your HSM product, if there is any visible damage please refuse the package or make note of any damages to the carton on the delivery receipt so as to have record of the damage. If the unit is refused initially or the product is found to be damaged after inspection please contact Clary Business Machines immediately by sending an email at sales@claryco.com or calling us at (800) 992-5279. Clary will then have a new product sent out and the old one picked up at no charge to the customer.

For deliveries where there is no visible damage please inspect materials immediately and if there are any damages or the product is not in working order (defective) please contact Clary Business Machines immediately by sending an email at sales@claryco.com or calling us at (800) 992-5279 so a replacement can be sent out and the damaged or defective product picked up at no extra charge to the customer.

Clary Business Machines does not accept returns for any reasons other than those stated in the above paragraph.
